Vintage 1950's Marx tin litho Colonial dollhouse in Excellent condition. This is one of the larger Marx dollhouses and has a rec room that is connected to the house with a breezeway. This beautiful colonial style home has a unique mid-century look with pink tin litho awnings on all front windows. The house has five rooms including a living room, kitchen, a child's room decorated with tin soldiers, bathroom, and master bedroom. There are five die-cut windows on the front of the house. The large size, breezeway, and rec room make this a great addition for any dollhouse lover.
